Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from firms to provide expert professional architectural and landscape architectural design services on a task-order basis for public facilities, non-public facilities, and landscape projects. Services may include planning, urban design, feasibility and schematic studies, facility surveys, architectural and landscape design, contract drawings, technical specifications, construction cost estimates, code review, sustainable design, historic preservation, construction support, and related services for transportation-oriented facilities such as rail systems, airports, tunnels, bridges, bus terminals, ports, and industrial parks. Task orders may also include related engineering services and may use subconsultants for graphics, wayfinding, modelmaking, photography, specifications writing, and window and curtain-wall design. The Authority may award agreements to multiple firms for a four-year term, with no guaranteed minimum amount of work. Proposers may submit for any or all of the three service subsets. The proposal must demonstrate the required firm, staff, project, licensing, and experience qualifications and include the Authority's proposal template and forms, staff and firm qualifications, an MBE/WBE/SDVOB participation plan, cost information, and conflict-of-interest information. The solicitation requires electronic submission through Bonfire and states that email, hand delivery, and mail submissions will not be accepted.
