Description
The University of Texas at Austin is soliciting proposals for the conceptual development of interpretive exhibits at McDonald Observatory, including preparation of drawings and other materials, fabrication or procurement of exhibits, and installation of completed exhibits. Required proposal materials include pricing, a detailed price schedule, descriptions of additional or related services, documentation supporting the minimum requirements in Section 4.3, a cover letter, qualifications and reputation information, a subcontracting plan, responses addressing the quality and ability to meet the University's needs, company and financial information, and required portal certifications and acknowledgments. The solicitation also requires a primary respondent contact and allows an optional list of requested exceptions.
