Parks Canada Agency requires turnkey professional services to upgrade the interpretation space at the Arsenal foundry in Artillery Park, part of the Fortifications of Quebec National Historic Site. The work will transform the existing temporary exhibit into a permanent, fully modular interpretive facility. The scope includes preliminary design, interior design reflection for the entire building, fabrication, installation, and turnkey development of specified exterior signage elements. Work must comply with applicable National Parks Regulations and the National Park Act. Only suppliers pre-qualified and issued a supply arrangement under Supply Arrangement No. 5P300-23-0156/A, Stream A, are eligible to bid. Bilingual capability is required for oral communications and key telephone-facing personnel, and documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
