Description
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ARUP Laboratories, Inc. for Reference Lab Testing Services for the VA Illiana Healthcare System in Danville, IL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, as Reference Lab Testing services are already in use. This notice is for the sustainment of an existing service. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and RFO Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ with a 12-month ordering period, and a performance period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511 with a business size standard of $41.5 Million. Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by 9:00 AM Central Time on Monday, June 22, 2026.
