Description
The Cook County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to perform an audit of its financial activity for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2024. The selected firm will provide auditing services in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and will communicate any significant deficiencies or material weaknesses in internal control, as well as any instances of fraud or noncompliance with laws and regulations. The scope of services includes a financial audit, reporting on findings, providing progress reports, and issuing a management letter. The CCLBA intends to enter into a three-year agreement with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must be submitted electronically by January 31, 2025. A pre-submission meeting will be held on January 17, 2025, and questions regarding the RFP should be submitted by January 21, 2025.
