Description
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Nathan Kline Institute (NKI) are soliciting bids for diagnostic testing kits and an automated instrument for infectious diseases. The services will be performed at NKI, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The contract is anticipated to be for a five-year term. The scope of work includes providing test kits for Measles IgG, Mumps IgG, Varicella IgG, and Rubella IgG. The vendor must also provide a fully automated instrument capable of performing these tests simultaneously from a single blood sample. This includes installation, training, maintenance, and support for the instrument, as well as all necessary consumables and disposables. The instrument must be capable of interfacing with the Cerner Millennium System and processing samples with a CODE39 barcode format. Key dates for this solicitation include a pre-bid conference and site visit on June 16, 2026, a question submission deadline of June 25, 2026, and a bid due date of July 9, 2026.
