Description
The State of Illinois, through the Capital Development Board, is soliciting bids for the repair of the underground parking structure located at the Capital Complex in Springfield, Sangamon County. This project falls under the General - Remodeling & Rehabilitation trade. The estimated cost for this project is less than $30,000,000. MBE/WBE subcontracting and supplier goals apply. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Oxtoby Board Room, 3rd Floor of the Stratton Building, 401 S. Spring Street. Plans are available from Walker Consultants. A project labor agreement is applicable.
