Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking concessionaire services at Honey Creek Resort State Park, including operation of the resort and marina, the golf course, or both. The agency may award one contract covering both concessions or separate contracts for the resort and golf course. The solicitation requires separate technical and cost proposals. Respondents must complete the technical proposal requirements and submit a separate cost proposal using the attached Exhibit A form. A public copy of the technical proposal is required if confidential treatment is requested on Form 22; redlined contract terms must be submitted as a separate Microsoft Word document if taking exceptions. Respondents must also complete the procurement system’s required certifications and responses, including the prohibited-company certification and any applicable list information. The contract is planned for an initial five-year term with five optional one-year renewals.
