The Sacramento Municipal Utility District is seeking SecureAuth software to replace its existing DigitalPersona operational-technology multifactor authentication platform. The solution must deploy SecureAuth Identity Platform on premises, retain Active Directory as the authoritative identity source, provide cloud-based MFA capability, preserve fail-closed authentication behavior, and forward authentication events to the District’s existing on-premises SIEM system. The bidder must be authorized to sell SecureAuth software and must provide the specified hybrid deployment model; alternatives will not be considered. The bid schedule covers SecureAuth IdP virtual appliances for production and development/non-production use and an IdP Prevent unlimited-applications subscription, each listed for a 36-month term.
