Description
The University of Texas at Austin's Physics Department is soliciting bids for one new CNC wire electrical discharge machine (Wire EDM), including delivery, installation, start-up, calibration, functional verification, operator training, documentation, warranty support, and related services. The submission requires completed bid tables for base, warranty/maintenance/service pricing, and optional equipment and services; a signed pricing and delivery schedule; a subcontracting plan; a completed technical compliance matrix; required supplier and company information; and responses concerning fees, delivery, discounts, payment, cooperative contracts, and compliance with Executive Order GA-48. Any exceptions to the solicitation terms must include a red-lined Attachment Two and a detailed explanation. Bids must be uploaded and finalized through the Euna Procurement portal.
