Description
The School District of Springfield R-12 is seeking qualification statements from firms capable of providing architectural, engineering, land surveying, materials testing, testing and balancing, and commissioning services. Respondents must demonstrate their qualifications, competence, capacity, ability to provide timely services, budget-management capability, qualified in-house staff, and appropriate Missouri professional licenses. The response must include a Statement of Qualifications, OMB Standard Form 330, demonstrations of qualifications and services, firm and staff information, prior engagements with the district and affiliated firms from the past five years, descriptions of three to five completed projects excluding projects for the district, service and staff experience information, state licenses, and three to five owner references for projects completed within the past five years. Responses must be submitted online through the designated e-bidding system; emailed and faxed copies are not accepted.
