Description
The St. Charles County Convention and Sports Facilities Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms for one or more professional service categories supporting a proposed youth sports development. Categories include ALTA-standard surveying and legal descriptions; geotechnical studies, including approximately 20 borings; Phase 1 and follow-up environmental assessments; civil engineering due diligence and preliminary layout design; master planning and schematic design; conceptual planning and landscape architecture; and conceptual building design. The proposed development is a 70-plus-acre regional sports campus incorporating tournament and recreational facilities, event venues, sports performance and wellness uses, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, public gathering spaces, family entertainment, pedestrian connectivity, open space, and future expansion. Responses must identify the applicable scopes, provide organizational and team information, relevant experience, key personnel resumes, references, local experience, project approach, and availability. The response is limited to 20 pages excluding specified front matter, and price is not part of the initial selection; fees will be negotiated with the selected respondent. Required compliance materials include proof of Missouri authorization and professional registration, a notarized E-Verify affidavit, the E-Verify MOU signature page, and insurance meeting the stated professional liability, general liability, automobile, workers' compensation/employer's liability, and umbrella requirements.
