To be considered, bids shall be electronically submitted, via OpenGov Procurement, prior to the specified due date and time. Bids shall be opened immediately following the bid due date and time, with the name of each bidder publicly listed and the unverified bid pricing listed via OpenGov Procurement. Late offers shall not be considered. Pre-bid Conference: September 2, 2026, 10:00 a.m. Pre-bid conference will be held using teleconferencing. Please contact Mohave for reservation details. This solicitation consists of instructions to bidders, scope of work, specifications, evaluation requirements, special terms and conditions, general terms and conditions, standard terms and conditions for construction, pricing workbook, award criteria, bid and acceptance form, and form of contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire contents of this solicitation prior to submitting a bid. Failure to examine any of the requirements will be at the bidders sole risk. Description
Mohave Educational Services Cooperative is soliciting bids for synthetic and natural turf sports field systems for athletic and sports-field applications across its statewide membership of approximately 480 public agencies. The scope includes products, materials, equipment, installation, replacement, drainage, irrigation, field striping and marking, testing, maintenance, and related services for sports fields. Landscaping, decorative turf, residential lawns, general grounds maintenance, and other non-sports-field applications are excluded. Bidders may offer alternate manufacturers and solutions meeting the specified quality and performance requirements; multiple awards, including partial or line-item awards, may be made. The contract will have an initial one-year term with four potential one-year extensions. Installation bidders must provide applicable Arizona Registrar of Contractors licensing evidence and a minimum $2,500,000 single-job bonding-capacity letter; materials-only bidders may be exempt from those requirements if they take the specified exception. A $100,000 bid bond or acceptable alternative bid security is required, except for qualifying materials-only bids. The solicitation reports $41,714,170 in historical activity since December 2, 2021, but states that this is not a guaranteed budget or contract volume. Bids must be submitted electronically through the procurement portal, with the original bid security mailed or physically delivered by the deadline.
