PUBLICATION INVITATION FOR BID PROJECT: Hualapai Mountain Park Potable Water Haul Service IFB NO.: 2027-005-IFB DATE ISSUED: August 26, 2026 OPENING DATE: September 22, 2026 TIME: 2 PM (Local AZ Time) Notice is hereby given that the County of Mohave, Arizona is soliciting bids for potable water hauling and delivery services to Hualapai Mountain Park. Description
Mohave County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide as-needed potable water hauling and delivery services to designated storage tanks at Hualapai Mountain Park. The contractor must source water from an approved municipal or legally authorized potable water source; furnish and transport the water; maintain sanitary vehicles, tanks, hoses, and fittings; test and document chlorine levels before delivery and upon discharge; coordinate routine and emergency deliveries; and provide delivery documentation identifying the date and quantity delivered. Typical deliveries may be approximately 6,500 gallons per load, but quantities and frequency will vary, and the County guarantees no minimum volume or number of deliveries. The contractor must provide pricing for routine potable water delivery on a per-gallon basis, along with separate per-delivery charges for emergency/after-hours and weekend/holiday service. The contract term is one year from award, with four additional one-year renewal options. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation coverage at the stated minimum limits.
