Description
The University of Oregon, on behalf of its Lundquist College of Business, is seeking a pool of qualified vendors to provide as-needed international program development, travel coordination, and logistical support for graduate-level educational trips. Required services include itinerary development; coordination of business site visits; group airfare; ground transportation; meals; four- to five-star hotel accommodations for up to 50 students and four staff; meeting spaces and audiovisual needs; guides and translators; cultural and educational activities; visa-processing support; and emergency assistance, including medical, political, legal, and natural-disaster evacuation support. Proposals must describe relevant experience, higher-education clients served within the last five years and their contact information, destination countries and business contacts, emergency-service capabilities, methodologies, project approach, key personnel, itemized and total pricing, and sustainability practices. The anticipated contract term is three years, with two optional two-year extensions, for a possible total term of seven years. The University may establish a pool of qualified vendors and may negotiate scope and pricing before contract execution.
