Description
South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD) is soliciting quotations to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors interested in providing mailing services for a three-year period. Services include folding, inserting, sealing, removing duplicate addresses, labeling, tabbing, metering, and pickup/delivery of material to and from South Coast AQMD's facility, the contractor's location, and the Post Office. The volume of jobs will range from 10 to 70,000 pieces per mailing, with 90% of jobs under 5,000 pieces. Contractors must be able to pick up materials within two hours of notification and deliver to the Post Office by the next business day for small or special-handling jobs. The contractor must cover postage costs upfront, with reimbursement within five working days. The RFQ includes required qualifications, proposal submittal requirements, and evaluation criteria. Proposals are due September 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and must be submitted in a sealed envelope with five copies.
