Description
The U.S. Air Force requires one new Pitney Bowes SendPro MC3000 meter machine, accessories, installation, commissioning, and off-base disposal of the existing meter machine. The equipment must be new, USPS Intelligent Mail Indicia compliant, and supplied by an authorized Pitney Bowes distributor or partner. The requirement is brand-name only to maintain compatibility with the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center Master Postage Account and centralized SendPro Analytics. The contractor must provide all parts, labor, and equipment; coordinate delivery and installation; remove and dispose of the legacy machine; set up and demonstrate the new equipment; correct deficiencies at no additional cost; and clean the work area. On-site work must be performed at the Official Postal Center during weekday business hours. Offerors must submit pricing, vendor information, a completed Contractor Responsibility Verification form with supporting documentation, and a Technical Capability Statement demonstrating compliance with the Statement of Work. The award is expected to be a single firm-fixed-price contract using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, and the offeror must be an authorized Pitney Bowes distributor or partner.
