Description
The County of San Benito, through its Treasurer/Tax Collector/Public Administrator (TTCPA), is soliciting proposals for comprehensive printing and mailing services for annual property tax bills. The selected contractor will be responsible for printing, assembling, sorting, tracking, metering, and delivering approximately 26,150 documents annually to the United States Postal Service (USPS). Services include printing secured and unsecured property tax bills, inserts, envelopes, and pre-printed stock, as well as providing house-holding services, presorting mail using IMB processing, and managing CASS and LACSLink processing. The contractor must furnish all necessary facilities, supplies, materials, equipment, and vehicles, while the County will provide funds for postage. The contract will be awarded for a three-year base period with two one-year options to renew, for a total potential term of five years.
