Description
Washington County, Maryland is seeking quotations for the printing and mailing of 102,000 sample ballot mailers for the 2026 General Election. The scope includes printing eight-page, 8.5-by-11-inch mailers in black ink on 70-pound white offset stock, refolding them to 5.5 by 8.5 inches, tabbing them, printing voter and polling-place information with barcodes, and mailing them to eligible registered voters. The solicitation requires separate pricing for printing and postage, with award based on the grand total. The successful vendor must provide proofs by ballot style and voter address for approval and testing before printing, deliver labeled mailers to the post office, and deliver the remaining mailers to the Washington County Board of Elections. The solicitation prohibits subcontracting without prior written County consent and requires the vendor to provide insurance before issuance of a purchase order or notice to proceed.
