The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide the labor necessary to resurface Basketball Court 4, whose protective coating is peeling and stripping in multiple areas and has made the court unsafe for play and physical fitness assessment activities. The work also includes retrofitting the existing court with in-floor net sleeves. A site visit is scheduled for September 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Interested contractors must request and complete an EAL form through the listed points of contact by close of business September 7, 2026; base access is not guaranteed. Written questions are due by September 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, and offers are due by September 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
