Description
The City of Omaha is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the work and provide the goods specified for the Pheasant Run Park playground renovation. The solicitation references specifications that contain the detailed scope and information about a Small and Emerging Business reserve. A bid bond or an acceptable substitute is required. The surety issuing a bid bond must be licensed by Nebraska and listed in the current U.S. Treasury Circular 570. Letters of credit are not acceptable. A copy of the bond or substitute must be uploaded with the bid, and the original must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days after closing.
