Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for cost-effective operations, maintenance, and repair of the SATCOM Campus, including all real property, real property installed equipment, and associated systems. The contractor must prevent deterioration beyond normal wear and tear and keep the facility mission capable. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, asset management, and compliance with applicable requirements, including Service Contract Labor Standards. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 561210. The contractor must provide a technical plan of no more than 30 pages addressing compressed-air utility pipe repair through the HEMP shield, quality control for NexGen IT metrics, third-party maintenance for facility-related control systems and SCADA, a milestone-driven first-180-day schedule, and emergency response. Pricing must follow the CLIN structure, and CLINs XX05 and XX06 must not be priced. The contract includes a 10-month base period and five option periods totaling up to 66 months, with performance beginning October 19, 2026.
