Description
The Town of Keystone is seeking a qualified service provider to perform snow plowing, sanding, and snow removal on Wapiti Way and Elk Spur Lane. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials, remove snow when accumulation reaches three inches or as otherwise necessary, and routinely sand designated areas. The estimated service area is approximately 0.30 lane miles, with the actual work varying annually. The Town anticipates a task order contract. Each year, the Town will identify needed services, and the service provider will submit a scope of work, cost estimate, and performance schedule for approval. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, service capabilities, reliability, references, rates, and other relevant factors; the lowest-priced proposal will not necessarily be selected. The proposal must include the proposer’s certification, addenda acknowledgments if applicable, qualifications and experience, company profile, at least three references, applicable licenses or certifications, and a completed sample cost estimate.
