Description
Western Suffolk BOCES seeks a vendor to provide recurring rag, towel, and medical linen services for career and technical education programs. The scope includes supplying, delivering, picking up, cleaning, and returning shop towels, salon towels, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, exam gowns, washcloths, and laundry bags in specified colors and sizes. Orders will be placed as needed, with anticipated delivery frequencies ranging from weekly to every other month, depending on the program and item. The vendor must label deliveries with the applicable program name and purchase order number, maintain item-for-item replacement when linens are picked up for cleaning unless otherwise stated, provide delivery paperwork, and accommodate changing quantities and delivery locations within Western Suffolk BOCES. The contract is expected to run from award through June 30, 2027, with two additional one-year extension options. Pricing must include shipping and handling and remain firm through the initial term. The submission must include the completed quotation and required certifications and forms, including five similar school-district or comparable-agency references.
