Hillsborough County is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified non-profit and for-profit entities and developers to develop affordable housing on 40 designated county-owned properties listed on the County's Inventory of Real Property Appropriate for Affordable Housing, established under Florida Statute sec. 125.379. The properties are located within unincorporated Hillsborough County, including Temple Terrace and Plant City. The estimated project budget is $6,000,000. Only the properties specified in the RFP are available for development.
