Description
Imperial Irrigation District is soliciting proposals to replace its existing fuel management system with an integrated solution for fuel, motor oil and fluids, and electric-vehicle charging. The selected contractor must perform requirements gathering, site assessments, system design, API integration with existing enterprise systems, hardware installation, software configuration and customization, user-access controls, alerts, reporting, testing, commissioning, training, maintenance planning, post-implementation support, and remote monitoring. The solicitation includes newly provided fuel-site, vehicle-list, and fuel-report attachments covering IID facilities, fuel trucks, vehicles, equipment, and electric vehicles. Attendance at the September 10, 2026 Webex meeting was mandatory, and respondents who did not attend the entire meeting are ineligible to submit proposals. Questions were due September 24, 2026, with answers scheduled for September 30, 2026. The proposal deadline remains October 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
