ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP Riverside Brookfield Township High School District 208, 160 Ridgewood Road, Riverside, Illinois 60546 will receive sealed bids for: Riverside Brookfield High School Sealed Bid - Integrated Facilities Management Services ATTN: Dr. Kristin Smetana, Assistant Superintendent Copies of the specifications will be available starting September 18, 2026. Bidders can access the specification at the following: https://www.rbhs208.net/rfp Contractors are responsible for all costs. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at the District Office. At this time the Bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids are to be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked, "Sealed Bid - Integrated Facilities Management Services." A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Job Walk on September 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Attendees shall meet at Riverside-Brookfield High School, 160 Ridgewood Drive, Riverside Illinois 60546. Any contractor who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive proposer and will have its proposal returned unopened. The Board of Education reserves the right to change quantities, reject any or all bids, to waiver irregularities in the bidding procedure, or accept the Bid that, in its sole and absolute discretion is considered to serve the best interest of the School District.
