Description
Kutztown University of Pennsylvania is requesting proposals for the development of a comprehensive update to its 2013 Campus Facilities Master Plan. The scope is associated with campus facilities planning and includes management advisory, professional engineering, and facilities management-related capabilities. This is a reissued solicitation. The work statement was revised only to replace a referenced facilities-manual link with Appendix C; the scope of work was otherwise not modified. Offerors must submit a technical proposal and should not include pricing unless specifically requested after evaluation; pricing will not be scored at this stage.
