Description
Camino Real Community Services seeks a qualified multidisciplinary consulting team to evaluate its existing owned, leased, and in-kind facilities and develop a 15-year Facilities Master Plan. The work covers administrative, outpatient, crisis, early childhood intervention, intellectual and developmental disability, and operational facilities across the organization's South Texas service region. The scope includes existing-conditions assessment; facility inventory and condition documentation; service-area, demand, demographic, and space-needs analysis; evaluation of renovation, expansion, consolidation, acquisition, leasing, and new-construction scenarios; stakeholder interviews, focus groups, workshops, surveys, and community engagement; and development of a phased master plan with facility recommendations, geographic and space strategies, capital improvement priorities, estimated investments, funding options, maintenance priorities, governance recommendations, and implementation measures. Respondents must provide a transmittal letter, qualifications and approach, at least three similar customer references, and the specified CRCS forms and certifications. A narrative addressing commitment to a mental-health-friendly workplace is also requested, although it may not be determinative.
