Description
The City seeks a qualified consultant to review, update, and prepare its development impact fee program. Work includes reviewing existing fee categories and methodologies; updating land-use assumptions and growth projections; assessing infrastructure needs and preparing an infrastructure improvements plan; calculating legally supportable fees; and conducting financial and revenue analyses. The program covers potential fee areas including fire, police, parks, water, and sewer.
