Description
Imagine Avondale Schools is seeking pricing for fiber Ethernet internet access at bandwidths from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, with 1-, 3-, or 5-year contract options. Three- and five-year options must allow bandwidth upgrades during the contract term. The requested service includes a handoff directly to the local area network demarcation point, outage reporting, basic technical support without additional fees, and a service-level agreement. Pricing must include applicable construction and installation, including trenching, boring, plowing, conduit, handholes, vaults, poles, fiber cable, splicing, termination, labeling, testing, acceptance, project management, and SPI invoicing. The solicitation also permits eligible network equipment, software, and maintenance and operation costs. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding. Bidders must submit the completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet.
