Description
The City of Phoenix Water Services Department seeks inspection, testing, maintenance, emergency response, corrective repair, and replacement-parts services for fire and life safety systems at its facilities. Systems include fire alarms, sprinklers, pre-action systems, clean-agent systems, fire doors, gates, fiber optics, VESDA, and related equipment. Work includes routine and as-needed services, code-compliant testing and documentation, deficiency correction, impairment notifications, and emergency response. Qualified personnel with system-specific certifications are required; onsite competent-party requirements apply to specified work. The contractor must provide a 24/7 emergency service capability, respond by phone within 30 minutes, and provide onsite presence within one hour. The contract term is five years with no extension options.
