Description
The project involves replacing the existing HVAC systems at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School and Bluemont Elementary School. The work includes construction, demolition, and renovation, with activities coordinated around occupied school buildings and school schedules. The contract is lump sum and fixed price. The contractor will have limited access during specified school breaks before full access begins on May 24, 2027. The stated desired substantial completion date is July 23, 2027, and the desired final completion date is July 30, 2027.
