Description
Marysville Unified School District 364 is requesting bids for internet access at bandwidth options of 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 5 Gbps, with 10 static IP addresses. Proposals may cover any or all requested portions. Optional installation, activation, or initial construction costs must be itemized, as must taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees. Any offered equipment must be new, and bidders must hold active authorized reseller status from the manufacturer. Proposals must provide detailed line-item pricing that separates E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs and complies with E-Rate Item 21 requirements. Eligible-service cost is the primary evaluation factor; technical merit, references, prior experience, vendor support location, and proposal quality may also be considered. Contract options include 2-, 3-, and 5-year terms, and voluntary extensions may be considered. Final commitments depend on school board approval and receipt of an E-Rate funding commitment decision letter.
