Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is conducting a Request for Information to gather market information from firms experienced in workers' compensation claims administration. The Commonwealth operates a self-insured workers' compensation program and is seeking information about claims management, medical bill repricing, data management, coordination of medical and litigation-related activities, technology, service delivery models, implementation timeframes, recommended requirements, alternative approaches, and cost structures. Responses must include a company-letterhead cover letter with a point of contact, completion of Attachment A, the Workers' Compensation Claims Administration Questionnaire, and completion of Attachment B, the Trade Secret/Confidential Proprietary Information Notice. Attachment A must be completed through the specified Microsoft Forms questionnaire, while Attachment B must be submitted by email. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and will not result directly in a contract award.
