Description
The Pennsylvania State Police requires a vendor to pick up, equip, customize, and return three 2026 Ford Transit T350 medium-roof vans with 148-inch wheelbases. The scope includes custom diamond-plate aluminum bench seating with under-seat storage, ceiling handrails, a prisoner-transport vent adapter kit, rear-floor anti-skid coating, a rear step assembly, rear LED and red strip lighting, and a six-blade fuse holder. The bid must cover equipment, installation, and necessary customizations. The vendor must complete the upfitting and delivery within 40 days after purchase-order issuance or by another agreed date, with a one-year warranty on installation services and manufacturer warranties on products. A manufacturer authorization letter is required when the bidder is not the original equipment manufacturer. The bid must include the required Pennsylvania forms and a current certificate of insurance naming the Pennsylvania State Police as certificate holder and additional insured.
