Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Long Branch Borough Building project. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid amount, in a form permitted by the contract documents. Prevailing wage requirements apply, along with nondiscrimination requirements for employees and applicants. The contractor must be able to initiate work within 30 days of contract execution and complete the work within 90 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The bid documents state that bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
