Description
Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking to pre-qualify eligible firms for as-needed small projects at Tampa International Airport in four categories: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing. Work may include installation, repair, replacement, inspection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, system restoration, materials and equipment supply, permitting, and related labor and services. Respondents may submit for one or more categories and must provide overall coordination and completion of authorized work. Qualification does not guarantee any work or dollar amount. Qualified firms will receive future requests for quotes, with purchase orders issued for individual projects. The qualification term is November 5, 2026, through November 4, 2031. Category-specific qualifications include five or more years of relevant commercial or institutional experience and applicable licenses, certifications, and safety training. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, workers’ compensation and employer’s liability, business automobile liability, professional liability, and commercial crime coverage, generally with $1,000,000 limits as specified in the solicitation.
