Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is soliciting a single-prime contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Mountain View Boiler Replacement project. The proposal must be submitted as a lump-sum bid, and the contractor must hold the appropriate North Carolina general contractor or applicable trade license classification. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory; failure to attend will disqualify a bidder. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for inspection through the identified plan rooms or from the agency upon a $200 cash or certified-check deposit, refundable when the documents are returned in usable condition within 10 days after the bid date.
