Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to operate a Residential Reentry Center providing in-house beds and home confinement placements for male and female federal offenders. Services must include comprehensive community-based corrections, resident supervision, case management, reentry programming, employment assistance, transportation support, food services, medical coordination, drug and alcohol testing, security and accountability, records management, and related facility operations in accordance with the March 2022 Residential Reentry Center Statement of Work. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price/indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The base year includes a guaranteed minimum of 14 in-house beds, consisting of 12 male and 2 female beds, with an estimated maximum of 35 beds, plus a guaranteed minimum of 10 home confinement placements and an estimated maximum of 25 placements. The Government intends to award both line items to one provider. The contractor must furnish the personnel, management, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform the work, provide 24/7 staffing, and self-perform at least 70 percent of the contract requirements.
