Description
Detroit Public Schools Community District is soliciting proposals under Bid Package 2C for furnishing and installing exterior, interior, classroom, office, restroom, wayfinding, door, marquee, and monumental signage, together with construction and final cleaning at Pershing High School. The signage scope includes exterior building signs, a marquee sign, room and space signage, and wayfinding signage. The final-cleaning scope includes construction cleaning, final cleaning of surfaces and fixed furniture and kitchen equipment, floor cleaning, and interior and exterior window cleaning. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, coordination, and related services. The project is subject to Michigan prevailing-wage requirements. The solicitation requires electronic submission through BuildingConnected and includes contractor information, certification, Iran Economic Sanctions, familial-disclosure, and bid-schedule materials, along with 5% bid security.
