Description
Licking County is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of an EMA Annex in two phases: a new 1,440-square-foot accessory post-frame building and a new 3,000-square-foot masonry and wood-framed EMA building, including all related site work. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required by the plans and specifications. The estimated project cost is $3,000,000. Bids must remain irrevocable for 60 days after bid opening. Ohio prevailing-wage requirements apply. A bid surety of 10% of the total bid, or a bid guaranty and contract bond equal to 100% of the total bid, must accompany each bid. If a 10% bid surety is submitted, the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and labor-and-material payment bonds; bonds must identify the Licking County Commissioners as obligee.
