Description
The City of Delta is soliciting trade contract tenders for C-007, Unit Masonry / Masonry Veneer, as part of the multi-phase Winskill Aquatic and Fitness Centre replacement. The scope consists of supplying and installing concrete masonry units and concrete masonry veneer for the new facility, which will include pools, water features, fitness areas, a gymnasium, multipurpose rooms, and community-use space. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tender documents must be obtained from the Construction Manager by contacting the designated document-access contact and identifying the Winskill C-007 contract. Submission requirements are stated in the bid package.
