Tipton R-VI School District is seeking qualified contractors to perform tuckpointing and mortaring repairs in identified deteriorated areas of a district-owned cinderblock building. The work is intended to restore structural integrity, prevent moisture intrusion, and provide long-term durability. The district is also soliciting exterior painting services for the Ag Shop cinderblock building. The specified coating is acrylic-latex masonry paint, 100% acrylic elastomeric coating, or an equal product. The solicitation requests sealed proposals, but directs prospective contractors to contact the district office for the scope of work description.
