Description
The State of Minnesota is soliciting contract(s) for as-needed masonry restoration and cleaning services. Contractors must furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to perform the work. Service locations and project requirements may vary among participating state agencies, boards, commissions, and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members. Work on monuments, buildings, or structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places or located within a historic district is excluded. The estimated total contract value for one year is $406,000 to $497,000, although the State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum volume. The anticipated contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, with an option to extend for up to an additional 36 months. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; fax and non-electronic responses will not be accepted. Requested response materials include Attachment A: Responder Declarations; Attachment B: Exceptions to State's Terms and Conditions; Attachment D: Workforce and Equal Pay Declaration Form; Attachment E: Additional Information; Exhibit D: Price Schedule; and a Sample Quote and Sample Invoice. Responders must not include non-public or trade-secret data.
