Description
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services’ Construction and Technical Services unit seeks a qualified vendor to provide labor, materials, and equipment for interior and exterior general construction work at facilities in Manhattan and the Bronx. Work will be performed as the City’s requirements arise during the contract term. The procurement uses the Competitive Sealed Bidding method. The response deadline and bid opening have been extended to December 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The bid opening and pre-bid conference are virtual; the meeting links are provided in PASSPort. Other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.
