Description
Washington County Facilities Department is soliciting bids for repairs to the Adams Annex Building after a vehicle crash created a large opening in the southernmost tenant space and damaged the front facade. The work is intended to restore weather protection and access to the affected space. The construction scope includes removal and replacement of damaged concrete masonry units, reinforced and grouted CMU wall construction, structural anchoring and roof shoring as required, installation of a hollow-metal door, frame, threshold, and rubber wedge ramp, replacement of resilient flooring and rubber base, interior and exterior painting, sealants, and associated patching and finish work. Contractors must furnish the labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, Oregon codes, prevailing-wage requirements, and County contract conditions.
