Description
Ozarks Technical Community College is soliciting sealed bids for one new, non-refurbished vascular diagnostic system. Required capabilities and equipment include dual-frequency bidirectional Doppler, dual-channel photoplethysmography and pneumoplethysmography, programmable multi-speed cuff inflation, a multi-port inflator with automatic cuff selection, a 24-inch touch-screen monitor, solid-state drive, color printer, custom cart, trackball, gel holder, wireless remote control, precision-machined PPG clips, and an arterial cuff package. The system must support specified lower- and upper-arterial examinations, including Doppler, segmental pressures, pulse-volume recordings, exercise testing, digit testing, Raynaud's testing, ABI/TBI, WBI/DBI, Allen's test, thoracic outlet, steal study, and pulse testing. On-site installation and in-service training are required; optional handheld IT temperature gun equipment may also be offered. Bidders may propose an alternate brand or model meeting or exceeding the specifications, but must identify the brand/model, exceptions, and provide complete manufacturer-published specifications. Pricing must remain valid for 60 days, include freight charges, and certify that supplied goods are made, manufactured, or produced in the United States. The system must be delivered to the college's specified facility, and bidders must submit any applicable supporting contracts, sales agreements, licenses, or alternate-product documentation.
