Description
Missouri State University is soliciting proposals for an annual, on-call contract covering minor insulation repair and replacement services. The cumulative value of individual projects under the contract may not exceed $200,000 per year. The contract includes three additional one-year renewal options. Each proposal must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement platform and accompanied by either a certified check or a properly executed bid bond in the amount of $10,000. Required proposal materials include a proposal, an affidavit for compliance with Section 285.530 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, a statement of qualifications, and distribution information.
