Description
The project includes improvements to existing alleyways and construction of a new 18-space municipal parking lot, along with associated site improvements. Work includes pavement and storm sewer improvements, pedestrian connections, site lighting and electrical work, gateway features and signage, playground improvements, landscaping, site restoration, and related construction. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and other items needed to complete the work in accordance with the project manual, drawings, and specifications. Bids must include the Engineer-provided Bid Form and the current revision of Indiana Contractor's Bid for Public Work (Form No. 96). A bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price, upon contract execution. Substantial completion is due by September 15, 2027.
